You may browse this site and use its forms for their intended purpose: enquiring about membership, registering for programs, and contacting us. Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, disrupt its operation, or use automated tools to harvest content or personal information from it.

We keep schedules, fees, camp dates, and program details as current as we can, but they change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Where a page and your signed membership agreement disagree, the agreement governs. Please confirm anything you are relying on with us directly before making plans around it.

Camp, class, and event registration is completed on external booking pages that we link to. Those registrations, and any payments, are subject to the terms of the provider operating them.

The text, photographs, logos, and design of this site belong to Frisco Badminton Academy or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without our consent.

We publish photographs of athletes at training and competition. If you appear in a photograph, or you are the parent or guardian of an athlete who does, and you would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.

We link to registration providers, tournament organisers, and partner clubs. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
